  • How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation email from us,  please contact us and and we will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  • Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to track your order.

  • What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

In the rare event that this happens, please contact us with your order number and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What should I do if I am missing an item in my order?

In the rare event that this happens, please contact us with your order number and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact us and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Can I return/exchange an item?

Each shirt or item is made to order so there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, we ONLY ship in the United States.


Pre-Order Policy:

  • Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal.
  • Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed. Dine Diaspora is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item.
  • Please note if you preorder an item with other non-pre-order items this will delay your entire order. Please place your preorder item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items.
